Dora was born in Estonia but grew up and trained in Israel from age 5. Her first coach was Viniera Zaripova. She is an RG competitor with York Stars, trained by Julia Bendersky, and joined the Expressions from the 2005-06 season.

Dora was Provincial RG Champion in 2004 and 9th at the Canadian National RG Championships 2006.

She performed with the Kalev gymnasts at the FIG Gala of the World Gymnaestraeda 2007.

In AGG, she has competed in the World Championships and the World Cup 2006, at the World Cup II in Prague and the AGG Worlds in Spain 2007. In 2008, she competed at the AGG Worlds in Toronto and two of the World Cup events. She also helped train the team from San Salvador which competed at the AGG Worlds for the first time in 2008.

In 2009, Dora competed with the team at the Worlds in Moscow, Russia, in 2010 at World Cup III in Barcelona, Spain, and at the World Championships in Varna, Bulgaria. In 2011, she competed at the Koop Cup event in Toronto and also performed a trapeze act with a partner (Peter Long) at the Gala (see below).

In 2011, Dora also competed in World Cup II in Vigo, Spain. and at the World Championships in Estonia.
