Taimi began rhythmics at age 7 and has been a member of several Kalev performance groups, such as the Estonian Elite, Junior and Senior Elite and also performed with the Rhythmic Expressions. her coaches were Evelyn Koop, Don Calderwood, Madame Tchacharova, Zladka
Parleva.She has travelled around the world and performed in Australia (ESTO
88), Amsterdam (1991 Gymnaestrada), New York (ESTO 92), Sweden and Estonia
(ESTO 96). She also coached for Mississauga Newnorth RG club. Among her other interests are Estonian dancing and travel. |
